1. An Archer project manager conducts a client interview and initial survey of the property to prepare an appropriate plan for inspection. 
2. A detailed plan outlining the estimated size of the inventory, areas to be inspected, along with any special considerations or protocols that will be needed to complete the assessment is provided. 
3. An appropriate number of company-certified technicians will arrive guided by a project manager to inspect and document every item in the property that can be safely handled. 
4. Company technicians then research every item to provide an accurate replacement source and value. 
5. Archer reports are provided in Excel or PDF format with a variety of customizable options that can include product descriptions and information, photos, hyperlinks, receipts, ages, custom branding, and more. 
6. Report can be reviewed for accuracy and updated as needed to be finalized.

What is Archer’s Basic Inventory?

Basic Inventory projects may have lower insurance coverage limits or considerations regarding service cost 

Archer's Basic Inventory is a service option for clients or claims that don’t require the attention to detail that our Full Service reports provide. These reports are put together using overview or bulk photos for any items with an estimated value under a certain price point, typically $500. We then extrapolate from overview photos to create the balance of the schedule. This inventory is more cost effective to produce and can be an excellent option for standard property valuation.

1. An Archer representative will conduct an interview to gather the information for completing the inspection. Planning meeting may be recommended. 
   
2. Any special considerations or protocols that will be needed to complete the assessment are provided. 
3. An appropriate number of company certified technicians will arrive guided by a project manager to inspect, assess, and document the property.  This inspection is completed in a manner that captures detail of any higher valued property.  General details of all remaining property is collected as needed to complete the inventory. 
4. Company technicians then research the higher value items to provide an accurate replacement source and value for those items. The remaining items are categorized and bulked for pricing or documented with overview photos and reporting generated from that data. 
5. Archer reports are provided in Excel or PDF format with a variety of customizable options that can include product descriptions and information, photos, hyperlinks, receipts, ages, custom branding, and more. 
6. Report is provided for review for accuracy and updated as needed to be finalized.
